This is home. I am Malinda Callender, an independent mortgage broker based right here in Terrigal. Not a call centre in another state. One named person who lives where you are buying, and who you can actually get on the phone. So when we talk about what you can buy and where, it is not theory to me.

Why independent

Why an independent broker, not a bank or a call centre

A bank can only ever offer you the bank. I am independent on purpose, so that I answer to you and not to a product panel. I work across a wide panel of lenders, my help is free to you because the lender pays me when your loan settles, and I will tell you the truth even when the truth is not yet.

Can we meet in person in Terrigal?+

Yes. I am local. Most work happens by phone, video and email for convenience, but a coffee nearby is easy to arrange.

Is Terrigal realistic as a first home?+

For many buyers a Terrigal unit is more achievable than a house. We work out your real borrowing position and look at what fits.

What does your help cost?+

In most cases nothing. The lender pays the broker when your loan settles. If a fee ever applied you would know well before anything went ahead.
