I am Malinda Callender, and Keystone is mine. My own business, built from the ground up, on purpose, so I could do this the way I always believed it should be done.

Finance was not the plan. I studied clinical nutrition. I was drawn to the gap between what people know they should do and what they actually do. Then life moved faster than the plan. Finance fell into my lap. It was flexible, it worked around what I needed at the time, and I was good at it, so I stayed.

Over fifteen years I sat with hundreds of people at some of the biggest financial moments of their lives. First homes. Refinances. Fresh starts after everything fell apart. In time I knew I wanted to build something of my own, so I did. Keystone, from scratch. Two boys, Terrigal, and a very clear idea of the kind of broker I want to be.

Here is the part that makes me different, and I will say it plainly. I am not a broker who has only read about hard chapters. I have lived through my own, and I have come out the other side. I know what it feels like to sit on the worried side of the desk, hoping someone will give you a straight answer instead of a sales pitch.

That is the broker I am, because that is the help I once needed.

I work with people right across the Central Coast and Australia-wide. First home buyers who feel overwhelmed. Families upsizing or downsizing. People rebuilding after a separation. I meet you where you are, in plain words, and I tell you the truth, even when the truth is not yet.

That is it. No runaround. No pressure. Just a broker who gets it, because I have lived it.
