I am Malinda Callender, an independent mortgage broker based in Terrigal, right here on the Central Coast. Not a call centre in another state. One named person who lives where you are buying, and who you can actually get on the phone.

The the Central Coast market, in plain terms

The Central Coast is not one market, it is many. A beachside house in Terrigal or Avoca Beach sits at a very different price to a unit in The Entrance or a family home in Wyong. Across the region, house values broadly run from the high nine hundred thousands in the more affordable pockets to well over a million and a half near the water. These figures are indicative only and move over time, so we always confirm your real numbers before you rely on them.

Why an independent broker, not a bank or a call centre

A bank can only ever offer you the bank. I am independent on purpose, so that I answer to you and not to a product panel. I work across a wide panel of lenders, my help is free to you because the lender pays me when your loan settles, and I will tell you the truth even when the truth is not yet.

Do you only work on the Central Coast?+

No. I am based in Terrigal and know the Coast well, but I work with clients Australia-wide by phone, video and email.

Which suburbs do you cover?+

All of them across the Coast. I have detail pages for Terrigal, Wamberal, Avoca Beach, Kincumber, Bateau Bay and The Entrance, and I help everywhere in between.

Are you tied to particular lenders?+

No. I am independent and work across a wide panel, so the recommendation fits you, not a product list.
