I am Malinda. Independent mortgage broker based in Terrigal. I work with people who are rebuilding, restructuring, and figuring out what comes next. I have sat across the table from enough people in hard situations to know that the story behind the numbers usually matters more than the numbers themselves.

You may have more options than you think

Imperfect credit history does not automatically mean no. Reduced income does not automatically mean no. A recent separation does not automatically mean no.

What it means is that the application needs to be put together properly and presented to the right lender. That is what I do.

I assess your options. I look at your circumstances across dozens of lenders and find what is actually available to you. I will be honest about what is realistic and what needs more time.

I handle it from here. If we proceed, I manage the application and the process end to end. You have enough going on. I take care of the finance.
